The process and timeline outside of New York does have a few key differences. I can review that process and timeline with you. SELLER INTRO CALL

SELLER MARKET ANALYSIS

I come tour your home and we will go over the features + any recent updates or work that was done. We will review recently closed comparable sales. We’ll also discuss the current market activity, potential pricing strategy and any tips for small improvements before potentially listing.

SELLER'S AGENT

Once we decide to work together, we go through all of the details of the home and confirm all listing information. Professional photography and floor plans are ordered. We collaborate on a launch date and showing schedule for the initial weekend. Let’s get your home sold!

BUYER INTRO CALL

BUYER CONSULTATION

We will schedule a 60-90 minute zoom call or in-person meeting. I will review the home buying process from start to finish so you know everything that you can expect to experience. I have a ton of information to share with you! We will also go over your ideal budget, location, needs & wants in a home.

BUYER'S AGENT

Once we decide to work together, we will hop on a call just to confirm the ideal price range and details of your search. We work together to decide which homes are best to tour. I schedule showings and we start seeing homes. I am by your side every step of the way, from finding “the one” all the way to the closing table.
